These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quantlow AI website, trading- signal platform, AI chart scanner, and browser extension. By creating an account or using any part of the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Quantlow AI is an AI-assisted technical-analysis platform. It currently includes:
- AI Trading Signals. Algorithmic buy/sell (CALL/PUT) signals for forex and binary-option instruments, generated on 1-minute and 5-minute cycles.
- AI Scanner. You upload a chart screenshot and the platform returns a structured technical read — direction, confidence, entry, stop, target, invalidation, and reasoning.
- Browser extension. A Chrome extension that captures the chart on your active browser tab and runs it through the AI Scanner, showing the verdict in a side panel.
- Telegram delivery. Optional forwarding of your signals to a Telegram chat you control, using a bot token you provide.
All outputs — signals, scanner verdicts, and extension results — are informational outputs of automated models. They are not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, and not a guarantee of any future result.
1a. AI Scanner & browser extension
- The AI Scanner and extension analyse a chart image or screenshot you provide. Output quality depends on image clarity and is best-effort — the model can misread a chart.
- The extension captures a screenshot of your active tab only when you click "Scan". It does not require, request, or transmit your broker login credentials, and it does not place trades.
- Verdicts shown as "Quantlow AI" may be produced by our in-house engine or, as a fallback, by third-party AI providers. Either way the result is automated analysis, not advice.
- You remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any scanner or extension output.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the service, and any trading you conduct, is lawful where you live.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate signup information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- You must not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Paystack. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method.
- You can cancel from the Billing page in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
- All pricing is shown in the app at the point of subscription. Local currency conversions are based on the rate at the time of purchase.
- We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to renewals on or after the new effective date.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@quantlow.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review the case.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell our signals or content.
- Do not use the service to defraud, harm, or impersonate others.
- Do not interfere with the operation or security of the service.
7. No financial advice
Quantlow AI is not a broker, exchange, financial adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing in the service is personalised investment advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes. See our Risk Disclosure for a fuller explanation of trading risks.
8. Intellectual property
All software, models, content, and branding on the service belong to Quantlow AI or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial trading.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed signals, downtime, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of the service.
10. Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time by closing your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quantlow AI is operated. Any dispute must be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
